3.1 Devise a scheme of work in accordance with internal and external requirements

3.2 Design teaching and learning plans that respond to:

• the individual goals and needs of all learners

• curriculum requirements

3.1 – 3.2 The student should submit a scheme of work and associated session plans. The scheme of work should cover at least six sessions, and at least six session plans should be included. You may use the same scheme of work and session plans which you have used in other units.

3.3 Explain how the student’s own planning meets the individual needs of learners.

3.4 Explain ways in which teaching and learning plans can be adapted to meet the individual needs of learners.

3.3 – 3.4 The student should complete a reflective piece explaining how their planning meets the individual goals and needs of all learners and also curriculum requirements. The student should move on to discuss ways in which plans can be adapted to meet individual student’s needs.

Word count: 600 minimum.

3.5 Identify opportunities for learners to provide feedback to inform inclusive practice

3.5 The student should complete a reflective piece explaining the opportunities which exist within their own work environment for their learners to provide feedback to inform inclusive practice.
