Over the next week, conduct a customer service survey about the businesses you visit and fill out the survey form (to be given by your trainer). In order to produce a realistic result, you should survey a few businesses of varying sizes and industries. For example you might choose supermarket, cafe, restaurant, clothing store, any government services or any other business you visit. After conducting a survey, you would need to write a short report outlining your findings and conclusions.
In your report, you must consider to include the following information:
What was your needs as a customer
What Product/Service was provided to you
Was Customer satisfaction provided
What would you suggest to improve the level of customer service
How was your overall experience as a customer
