Or, perhaps these questions help:
What is your organization known for (culture-wise)?
What do you think newcomers (or outsiders) would notice? How do newcomers become socialized?
Are there any ‘counter’ cultures? Is anything done about them?
Get into the habit of constructing your argument drawing on the literatures (cite authors from preferably academic sources), using Harvard citation conventions.
