On individual basis, learners will present a brief response on how they will orient their teams to meet the unique family needs for building a house for a family with a child who uses a wheelchair. The response will address how as a team leader, the team member will provide the opportunity for his/her team members to improve their people skills and technical competencies whilst ensuring successful completion of the project.
