Determine the marketing channels the airline is using to communicate their efforts on environmental sustainability. Include both traditional channels (press releases, brochures, television ads, etc.) as well as digital/social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). You should have, at a minimum, two traditional channels and two digital/social media channels.
Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each channel they are using for communicating environmental sustainability initiatives. If the airline is not using a particular media channel, you do not need to discuss it except to mention they are not using it. For example, X airlines does not use Instagram.
Your findings should be presented as a narrative but be sure to include a table. As always, be sure to include references/citations.
Limit your paper to 300 words, excluding references (no cover/title page is necessary). Format and cite your paper in current APA style, including Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spaced. Your paper must be grammatically sound and free of spelling errors.
