As part of your learning on Stakeholders and Communications, you are asked to complete and assignment to further analyse the Principles of Stakeholder Management in relation to your own role and responsibilities. You will also need to consider these principles in relation to Project Management, a task you will be required to undertake as part of your Apprenticeship, and further present as part of End-Point Assessment. It will also solidify your learning from the session, as the Principles of Stakeholder Management will form part of the knowledge test you are required to pass at End-Point Assessment. This assignment will also form part of your portfolio to lay the foundations of your portfolio interview, whereby you may also be questioned on your understanding of the Principles.
