What are the similarities and differences for how minerals are absorbed, transported, and stored in the body

What are the similarities and differences for how minerals are absorbed, transported, and stored in the body. For this assignment, you want to do the following:
Write at least one paragraph on each mineral (Calcium, Magnesium, and Phosphorus) and tell the reader how they are stored, transported, and stored in the body. Some may be absorbed and stored in the same location and others may not. It will probably take you a few paragraphs on each to get through your material.
Be sure to provide the reader with a little introduction about each mineral (i.e. what is Calcium, Magnesium, and Phosphorus, their functions, etc). You want to give a little introduction about your mineral before going into your core text for this discussion.
Toxicity – you will need to touch on how can these minerals become toxic and what happens (i.e. symptoms, side effects, etc.) are present if they do. For example, what happens if calcium levels are too high in the body and how could this happen (i.e. supplementation, food intake, etc).
Use your references to cite your work.
It’s not mandatory to use them but I highly recommend you use headers for to separate your paragraphs and you may need multiple paragraphs for each Mineral.
