Note: if the issue is broad then state which aspect of it you will focus on. Yes, from a variety of sources plus academic articles e.g. StatsNZ, Ministry websites, Passport, media, journal articles. Note: a minimum of THREE journal articles are required. 700 – 800 words
3 Suggest/recommend strategies for HR managers to consider. Introduce yourself as the consultant and explain what you will do
Explain the context of the business/organisation.
Synthesise the findings from the previous section and use them to produce strategies for HRM
Specifically mention and discuss your recommendations for HR Planning, Recruitment, and Selection.
Note: You can use first person here to introduce self. “I have been…” Use third person for recommendations. Yes, if you are referencing another article which makes recommendations, or introducing BEST practice initiatives that have been used elsewhere. 700 – 800 words
4 The artefact Introduce the artefact.
Explain who it is produced for and what its purpose is
Explain how the target audience will access the artefact – staff intranet/website
Provide a link to the artefact if it is online Minimal. Can use reference that validates the importance of staff education and training. 100 – 200 words

Part 2: the artefact
Produce a creative artefact which reflects the findings of the project. There is no word limit or size restriction for the artefact.
Provide a link to the artefact if it is a website or prezi or similar.
Marks are clearly allocated for creativity in this section – see the marking rubric
Submitting the report and the artefact
Submit the report through turnitin
A cover page is not required.
Add student details: full name/s and ID numbers to the title page.
If the artefact is a video then upload to turnitin through the video upload tab.
