Change ProjectYour major project for the quarter is to work on a Change Projectin which you identify a barrier, issueor systematic improvement in your organizationand create a plan that would bring about a change to this problem.Please do not chose an issue that has been widely covered, like “Falls reduction”, bedside reporting and staffing, unless this has not been addressed where you work, etc.The entire project should be1,400 to 1,800 words (7 pages, not includingthetitle page or reference page).You must also include at least 5 peer-reviewed journal articles (dated within 5-7 years) along with other relevant resources.You will also need to upload/attach/add your peer-reviewed articleswhen you submit your Change Project paper.I will have a few due dates, this term, for you to submit portions of yourpaper. Feedback from past students included, writing asmall amount each weekwas helpful, to stay on track for submitting the final project.You should check in with your classmates each week and let them know how you are doing and what insights you’ve gained that week.Make sure you create the paper using APA format. I have provided an exampleof an APA paper under Course Resources.Based on the components listed in the weekly “Work on Your Change Project” assignments, you will need to include the following headersin your APA paper:1. The need for a proposed change in the organization2.The goal of the change3. Vision and philosophy for the change4. Theoretical model that relates to theproposed change5.Organizational and individual barriers to the proposed change6.
