Question: What did you read that helped explain an issue that you were struggling with in a change scenario in your organization?

What I read: Reading Burke “Organization Change Theory and Practice” chapters 1 & 2, I saw something that may explain the problem. Burke writes about the concept of “cultural lock-in” (p.15), when organizations are unable to change, even when the need to do so is urgent.
