Flores Research Proposal Information (Artifact) Students combine research and theory to develop an individual synthesis project which examines an organization that has undergonea change or several changes and the outcomes that have occurred from those changes. Identify the variables that are responsible for those changes and pick two variables. In the Introduction section of your paper you will describe how those variables relate to each other and how they are responsible for organizational change. For instance if you find that organizational capacity for change is positively related to how an organization deals with organizational conflict then your hypothesiswould be:H1 –There is a relationship between organizational capacity for change and organizational conflict.You will state that in your introduction and then in the review of literature you will discuss and provide an analysis of each of the articles that you find as sources and that explore how organizational capacity for change relates to how an organization handles organizational conflict.This project is completed in an individual setting, synthesizing information from the rest of the program.
