1. Identify the actors discussed in the video and reading.
2. What are the strengths and weaknesses of the various actors in the policy process?
3. Based on their strengths and weaknesses, what role do the actors play in the policy process (agenda-setting, adoption and formation, and implementation)?
4. Provide an example of one of the actors performing their role in the policy process (Ex. The president attempting to place an issue on the policy agenda).
