This discussion will be based on Chapter 1 and 2 of Part 3, How to Merit and Maintain Others Trust in the Dale Carnegie book; Avoid Arguments and Never Say, “ You are Wrong”.
These two chapters bring forth how much of our time “on line” is spend arguing and less constructive communication. Frequently behavior analysts find themselves in professional clashes between proponents of non- evidenced based interventions and our work.
Give four concrete behaviors we can professionally display in such situations to Avoid Arguments and Never Saying You are Wrong, yet earning trust.
