My Major and Skills Paper – Review your goals and Learning Outcomes / Skills for your major. Write a 1,000 words (minimum) paper on the extent to which you think you have accomplished what you set to accomplish. You will (1) State and articulate your goals; (2) Your skills (i.e. what will you know or know and have developed at the end of your studies) for your degree program; (3) reflect on whether or not you have developed these accumulated knowledge, skills and attitudes; (4) draw conclusions. Be concise and articulate. (5) Add at the end, beyond the 1,000 words, an organized list of your skills at the end of your paper with bullets. Think in terms of both hard skills and soft skills (see articles below). You will be graded on effort, the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and in an organized manner, the ability to communicate well and efficiently, the ability to reflect and draw conclusions.
