You are required to submit a written report on the same case study that formed the foundation of your group presentation. This report is not to be any longer than 2,500 words in length (excluding the reference list). There is no 10% leeway.
In the individual report, students will:
Provide a synthesis of the issues identified to date
Describe and justify a new performance management system
At all times your report should link the analysis and recommendations to the performance management literature. Students are required to cite a minimum of 8 peer reviewed, individually researched, journal articles (the majority should be dated after 2005). It is expected that your report will include an overview of the proposed performance management tools and processes. To this end, your report will present arguments (informed research published in relevant peer reviewed journal articles) as to how your proposed methods of measuring, developing and rewarding performance improves the validity, reliability, cost-effectiveness and fairness issues identified by your group.
