[3]-The Operating Context should clearly define the Primary and Secondary functions (ESCAPES) including the functional performance standards. (25%)
[4]-Conduct RCM II Analysis, the Information Worksheet should start with the Primary function, which should always be prefixed with the number 1. Standard (RCM II) numbering and lettering should be used for all other functions and functional failures. (20%)
[5]-The Decision worksheet should also follow standard (RCM II) numbering and lettering. It should detail if the fault is Hidden has Safety and Environmental consequences or Operational / Non operational consequences. (20%)
[6]-Calculate and present your Risk Priority Number and discuss strategy set out an implementation plan for RCM II outcomes. (15%)
