Two total health concerns that can be a combination of 2 actual or 2 potential or 1 actual and 1 potential health concern.• Provide supporting evidence for your actual or potential health concerns as related to your client. • Using evidenced based literature, briefly explain and/or discuss why the two health concerns are significant. • A minimum of one peer reviewed/evidenced based literature must be used to support your discussion. A textbook can be used in addition to the peer reviewed/evidenced based literature. • Non-credible references must not be used and will not be considered for grading (i.e..
