Instructions
The summative assignment is a written assignment (4,000 words). Students choose a case study and are asked to apply the relevant law central to the social work role. Students are required to incorporate a critical ethical dimension, underpinned by human rights legislation and professional values. Finally, with reference to the case
study, students are required to display knowledge of social policy and a critical understanding of potential conflict with law and ethics.
