Using one of the frameworks (topics, models, theories) covered (and will be covered) in class, interview a business leader/manager to collect data (information). You may choose one or a combination from the following frameworks to gain deeper understanding about the leadership/management or the organization.

Management approaches

Environment of management

Ethics and social responsibility

Strategic management & decision-making process

Leadership theories & models and motivation theories

Study the selected frameworks and identify the different components to formulate the purpose of the interview and formulate interview questions.

Identify a leader or manager and schedule an interview or interviews to collect information.

Analyze the collected data/information through the selected framework.

Describe and explain your analysis in a written form organized in sections. Ensure you describe/define the components/concepts used to analyze the data.

Provide a well-thought-out and well-supported conclusion that includes your personal insight (e.g., implications, lessons learned, etc.).

Formatting

Follow required formatting requirements.

Entire document must be uniformly double-spaced.

Use 12 Times New Roman.

Use correct indentations

Work must comply with APA citation/reference.

Include a cover sheet (first page) with the following information separated by spaces and centered in the page.

Name and contact information (phone # and e-mail) of the person interviewed

Organize topics into separate sections with titles. Start with Introduction (with appropriate title) briefly explaining what the project is about.
