– Identify one EU policy, either proposed or currently in force. Identify at least four (4) harms and four (4) benefits of the policy/law for EU citizens, businesses, or other stakeholder groups. Argue for either the thesis that the benefits outweigh the harms for this policy, or the other way around: the harms outweigh the benefits. Conclude by briefly making a recommendation for future policy.

– 3-4 page essay (This is a short length, so please craft carefully your writing).
