Hi, i have already made a thesis half way about “cultural diversity” the main research question: is about What Impact would the increase in cultural diversity have on performance of firms and how can it relate to US banks?
and the subquestion:is In what ways have firms increased their cultural diversity empirically and how can US banks achieve the same results? Therefore the focus of this thesis would be the cultural diversity in banking sector in the US region specifically. Though i know some things are lacking such as the poor literature review. therefore i need some-working on it since my supervisor said that it seems to be a summary of the literature and not a proper literature review since she said that literature review is more discussing different topics where the literature form a basis for this. Also need to link literature review to US and give examples. If you were to say to include a theory say why that specific theory is relevant to the topic.
