· Value Proposition Canvas – Describe the value offered by the service in simple words
4. Detail the features that need to be developed in the form of user interactions.
· Service Roadmap (Implementation Plan) – Plan the service execution over time, from a minimum set of functionalities to delivering the full experience.
5. Prioritize ideas based on the most relevant success criteria for the project.
· Concept Walkthrough – Show a service idea to its potential users or providers through a step-by-step imaginary tour.
