First, think of a media text (magazine, series, podcast, etc.) that targets you as the target audience.
Second, think of a media text that you do NOT think you are the target audience of.
a- compare the two media texts by thinking of the medium/channel through which those texts reach the mass in the society; how are these channels different? Why such difference exist? Does the difference in the channels impact the content? If it does, how? If it does not, why?
b- The contents of the programs (one that is targeted at you and the one that is not targeted at you) differ in certain aspects; what are some of those aspects? What are some the differences in the contents of the two media texts? Why such difference exist?
c- Why almost all media texts have a certain target group? Why does that matter?
