Factors that enable inclusive practice(in relation to the health and social care sector), factors that are detrimental to inclusive practice- please ensure you are covering how all of these factors can be detrimental to inclusive practice with a good amount of detail, as I can see you have included some but not others – (discrimination, time constraints, poor management, staff changes, staff shortages, lack of money, lack of training and lack of resources etc – and ensure they relate to the inclusive care given to service users in Health and Social Care settings, evaluate person centred care.

You need to include strengths and weaknesses in meeting individuals need through inclusive practice in more detail.
