Tasks:
1. Identify, explain and give examples of at least 4 typical challenges faced by public
service organizations
2. For each challenge, present a best practice model designed to address the challenge
3. All examples and best practices must be supported by course materials and outside
academic (journal articles/books/academic papers only) sources (a minimum of 5
references to support your claims). All references are to be cited.
