This is a paper discussing the benefits of Medicare for All in the United States. This paper follows the same format as any normal research paper. First, there is an opening paragraph that introduces the topic with a hook sentence and a thesis statement. The thesis statement is an important part to the paper, so it should be clear and referenced throughout the paper. The body paragraphs should list the advantages for why the U.S. should adopt Medicare for All, using statistics/sources to bolster your claims. This part of the paper should also talk about counterarguments from people that oppose Medicare for All. What is their perspective? Why do they oppose it? Why is their argument reasonable but ultimately flawed? For example, people for Medicare for All argue Americans will save money from lower administrative costs with the Medicare for All program. Opponents say there will be no cost-saving with Medicare for All because that money will just come out of Americans’ taxes. So, be fair to both sides of the debate, while still arguing for a Medicare for All system. Finally, the concluding paragraph should tie in everything you discussed in the paper and include one final appeal to Medicare for All in the United States.
