Description
The paper needs to explain definition of motivation through several prominent authors; to explain different motivation theories (Maslow, Herzberg, etc.), differences between internal and external motivators, examples, and importance of work motivation. To state what kind of recent research has been done, if any, regarding employees’ personal factors (such age, gender, educational level) in relation to internal and external motivators, or motivation in general. It can also be similar research; anything related to different types of work motivators. My intent is to do a practical research on whether there is a relation between employees personal factors with different types of work motivators hence this literature and research review needs to give introduction into the topic. It should be at least 9 sources and they should be easy to find or purchase so that it can be verified as needed.
