In your paper identify the 5 elements which are critical to the success of your program or organization. These elements were the topics of your annotated bibliographies (management, problem-solving, sports culture, leadership, and finance). Describe the steps which need to be taken to properly and completely integrate these elements into your successful organization. You will be detailing exactly how your business would be operating from a 30,000 ft perspective. Pretend like your business already exists and explain how you integrate the 5 elements into the daily operation of your business. You have a lot of latitude on this assignment. I will be looking for how you integrated the elements into your paper. You can be as creative as you would like. The objective is to see if you understand how these elements affect organizations. This paper will be a minimum of 20-pages in length (content) and in APA format. It is expected that you will have a minimum of 20 professional, peer-reviewed references in proper APA format. Content and creativity are primarily what I will be looking for. However, remember this is a graduate-level course and your paper should be 100% APA formatted.
