What will it cost and how will it be funded? What leadership style(s) would be the most effective influencers in order to facilitate your policy reform?
• Implementation issues and timeline. What are the challenges you or your stakeholders note with respect to making the policy reform operational? When would your policy reform become effective? How are stakeholders seeking to influence the regulators? Clearly identify several Leadership concepts or theories from the course that can be employed to improve outcomes.
