1.Explain concisely the difference between Parliamentary Supremacy (also known as Parliamentary Sovereignty) and Parliamentary Privilege. Do these aspects of the UK’s Constitutional arrangements help or hinder good law-making?

2.“Administrative law is concerned with both the facilitation and the control of executive power.” Explain and illustrate, with practical examples, how Administrative Law (in the broad sense of the term) strikes a balance between these dual aims.
