Description
Write a ‘critical statement’ based on a 500 word rationale that has been sent in and a powerpoint of a micro-pedagogical strategy based on visible thinking routines (VTRS) from the Harvard School of education and a specific learner profile. These documents need to be integrated in the essay. The paper is in a module on inclusivity, equality, diversity, difference and should include references to creativity and 21st century learning. The critical statement must include references from a variety of research sources including the 2010 equality act. Although the learner profile attached is fundamental – the wording in the paper should be about lower secondary school teachers who have reluctant speakers. I have also attached a paper from a previous year to show the type of essay required and some example references. There is also a BRIEFING NOTES file – please read carefully.
