Option 2 – Experience Paper: For this assignment, draw on course material to analyze an adult learning experience you have encountered. The Experience Paper should be 3-5 pages and should include a title and reference page. The title page should include the tittle of your paper, your name, the course title, and the date. This paper should:
• Include a description of the learning experience
o Where did the experience take place? Who was there? What were you learning?
o Was it a positive learning experience? Did you learn anything?
o What type of learning experience was it ?
o What was the learning context ?
• Analyze the experience based on one or more of the learning and teaching theories covered in Chapters 6 and 7 of the text.
o Depending on the theory or model selected, what elements were present or lacking from your experience?
o How might the experience have been different or more effective based on the selected theory?
• How is this experience relevant to learning in the workplace? Could it be adapted for a work environment? Why or why not?
• Include at least 3 references – only one can be from the text.
