You will conduct a web search about cellular diseases. This is a very broad and general topic, and there are many different things you could look up. Some diseases are related to organelles in the cell, some diseases are related to enzymes and metabolism. Start by doing a google search for a disease that affects either an organelle of the cell or the metabolism of the cell.describe the disease that you wish to cover. Try to find a disease that other students have not yet covered. What is the name of the disease? What organelle or part of metabolism does this disease directly affect? What are the signs, symptoms and effects on the body from this disease? What are potential treatments for this disease, if any? How to they test for this disease? be sure to give citations for any resources you use.
