This is a literature review.

Utilize at least 3 articles from the nursing literature & 2 articles from non-nursing literature In all, provide a minimum of 5 references from multiple disciplines

Identify uses of the concept, both ordinary and scientific.

Formulate a list of characteristics or criteria that describe the concept in observable/measureable terms.

List any operational definitions provided in the articles.

Discuss antecedents and consequences/outcomes for the concept

Develop your own working definition of the concept, which contains all the critical attributes of the concept.  Your working definition of the concept must be supported by the literature review and the literature in text and on your reference list.
