Then, in 2-3 page paper (typed, double-spaced, 12-point font), please address the
following points:
● Explain the details of the concert: who were the performers, was it live or
virtual, where/when, etc.
● Utilizing the research tools that have introduced in this class, provide some
historical context for the music that was performed. This historical context
could include biographical information about one or more of the composers
featured during the concert, and/or a description of how the music you heard
fits into themes from classical music history as covered in lectures. The
expectation is that you cite at least one outside source.
● Last but definitely not least, describe your personal impressions of the music
(likes, dislikes, new things learned) as well as what you thought of the
experience of ‘attending’ a virtual concert.
● Citations are required for all external sources you utilize. Citation format is
student choice.
