The Cherished Home upholds all manufacturers warranties for defective materials.In the case of defective materials we will work with the manufacturer to order new materials and repair or replace materials as needed. In addition, The Cherished Home provides a written lifetime guarantee covering workmanship provided by any of our in-house staff or subcontractors hired by The Cherished Home to work on your project. If we had a hand in it, we stand behind it.
4. What is the daily schedule for project work? When will workers be working on project?
Many contractors do not have a set schedule for work to be completed. This can mean that they are not organized enough to create a schedule or that they do not want to commit in advance. The Cherished Home requires all staff and subcontractors to complete work between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday unless special permission is acquired from the customer. We may ask for extended hours or to work on weekends if the project is falling behind schedule due to inclement weather or other unforeseen issues.
5. Can you provide a list of references?
At The Cherished Home, we are extremely proud of the work that we do and the
satisfaction level of our past clients. Because each project is unique, we prefer to provide a customized list of references from similar projects. A list of general references can also be provided by request.
