The purpose of this assignment is to give you the opportunity to reflect on your learning of a particular criminological theory.

Early positivists theories have been critiqued for lacking scientific merit. First, identify at least two key figures in the early positive school perspective and briefly summarize when and/or why this perspective became popular. Next, in your opinion, does Sheldon’s Body Type theory explain criminal behavior? Explain. Finally, do you think this theory meets the ‘policy implication’ criterion for assessing theories? Explain.
