Consider the material you have examined in modules 1 and 2, compare and contrast the differences between staff planning in the public sector and the private sector.
Consider your own organization (past or present). Give a brief demographic of the organization (public or private, national or international and the specific industry.) What are some of the staff planning challenges your particular organization faces? What specific legal compliance issues apply to staffing the organization (i.e. merit principles, BFOQ, etc.)?
