Key items to think about when writing your purpose are:
Make sure to include decision makers, the decisions at hand, and projects being evaluated.
What are you hoping to learn from the evaluation?
How to improve and build up the program.
Which evaluation activities were successful.
What needs to be changed in regard to data collection
What decisions do you expect to make as a result of the evaluation?
Whether or not we need more data.
Making sure data is not outdated.
Whether or not we need to conduct more surveys or questionnaires
What do you need to do to provide evidence of the completion of your project?
Study the project thoroughly.
Perform testings at regular intervals.
