Analyze the Boeing crisis and how the organization managed and communicated about the crisis.
1- Explain the Crisis: Identify what kind of crisis it was, who was involved, when did it happen, what happened.
2- Using either Image Repair Theory or Discourse Renewal, analyze the communication and apology by the organization.
3- Evaluate the effectiveness of the communication/apology. Do you think it was effective? Why or why not?
