How are these discussed-Can you evaluate the author’s handling of them based on what you learned in Policy Paradox?

States of belonging (Inmigration policies, attitudes and inclusion) By Tomas R Jimenez

For instance, how does your author handle the questions of goals (i.e. equity, efficiency, welfare, liberty and/or security)? Are these goals handled more from a polis or market perspective?

What about problems (the use of symbols, numbers, causes, interests, and/or decisions)? How are these discussed? Can you evaluate the author’s handling of them based on what you learned in Policy Paradox?

What evidence is provided? Are alternative suggested? What criteria are discussed? How are trade offs handled? What about solutions? How did the author tell this story? Would you tell it differently? Why or why not? What was the roll of citizens? How did the administrative state affect the policy outcomes?
