Write 2-3 paragraphs reflecting on the ideas and predictions discussed in the video for the future of employment; the viability and usefulness of human resources versus machines, robots, and computers; and what this all means to companies, the HRM profession, and the future of jobs as we know them. The video is a few years old but still relevant to the changes we are seeing currently.

3. Relate the changes the video is discussing to the changes we have seen concerning work during the Global Pandemic of 2020-2022.
