Steps:
1. Jason Fried has a radical theory of working: that the office isn’t a good place to do work. In his talk, he lays out the main problems (calling them the M&Ms) and offers three suggestions to make work work. Go to to the video link here Why Work Doesn’t Happen at Work (https://www.ted.com/talks/jason_fried_why_work_doesn_t_happen_at_work)and watch “Why Work Doesn’t Happen at Work”. It is about 15 minutes long.
2. Write 2-3 paragraphs discussing whether you agree with the speaker’s perspective. Explain why or why not. Be as specific as possible.
3. Include the changes to work that have happened since the Pandemic. Has this changed your perspective and opinion about this video that discusses the pre-pandemic work world?
4. How can HR departments help make work time more productive for employees and their companies? Answer in 1 – 2 paragraphs. Be specific; use details and examples in your discussion.
5.Respond to at least two of your classmates’ posts. Your original post and your thoughtful response to at least two students are worth 20 points.
