Healthy People 2030 features many different health topics. These topics apply on a national scale. While states face different health challenges, these topics may vary in intensity depending on the local context.
Follow these steps to access the national and state data on a specific topic.
Step 1. Access the Healthy People 2030 website at https://health.gov/healthypeopleLinks to an external site..
Step 2. Select Data2030 Search.
Step 3. Select Topic Area using the dropdown menu. Choose an area of interest. You will see national data by objective.
Step 4. Under some objectives, state data are provided. Select Map of State-Level Data for This Objective. You may click on the map to obtain current statistics and/or scroll down to your state name to get a multi-year comparison.
