• Identify (1) the questions of law determined by a court in conducting a review of a rule or an order of administrative agency and (2) the three standards of judicial review of factual determinations made by administrative agencies.
• Describe the limitations imposed on administrative agencies by the legislative branch, the executive branch, and the legally required disclosure of information.
