The 7 steps decision making process:

1- Clarify & Define the problem:

Is there actually a problem?

How urgent is the problem?

What’s this situation look like?

2- Establish realistic goals:

Establish smart, specific, measurable; achievable, relevant, and timely goals.

3- Generate solutions: have a several solutions. ie. Brainstorming your options.
