How might the outcome have been different if the leader had been effective in applying foresight in his or her decision? For this week’s Assignment, review the George and McLean and Mullane readings and select an event in sport in which a leader made an unethical decision. As you analyze your event, think about the outcomes of your selected event and the impact that the leader’s unethical decision had on his or her organization at large.
