How did it go? Describe your experience reading the Gratitude letter from start to finish (e.g., I contacted my Mom and scheduled a time to meet. We went for a walk. etc.) What were you feeling before, during, and after the meeting? How did the person respond? Was it a positive experience or just another class assignment? Overall, did the experience make you happier?

Schedule a time to visit and read the message. A face-to-face meeting works best but a live Zoom call would work well too. If that’s not possible, no problem, send a Zoom video of yourself reading the message or schedule a time to speak on the phone

Read the message word-for-word without stopping.

Again, make sure to choose write about things you feel comfortable sharing with others in class. We will be discussing our experiences in Discussion 6.
