Self-Organizing Systems: Compare and contrast the solutions to the frame problem offered by artificial neural network modeling and evolutionary robotics. What is the problem? How do these systems try to resolve it? What are their advantages and limitations over other systems we discussed? Finally, how do they do at what we called the problem of ownership?
