Professional goals for seeking Health Sciences degree
At the time of admission, you were asked to write a personal goal statement for enrolling in the B.S. in Health Sciences that included your 1) professional goals for seeing the Health Sciences degree; 2) What you hope to learn/gain from the program; and 3) How you anticipate using the degree to share your personal and/or career goals. Personal statement is attached
In reviewing these goals, the courses you have completed, and the topics in this course, provide reflective responses on these topics:
1. Describe your initial goal(s). How have your professional goals evolved since you wrote your initial goals statement?
2. What did you learn/gain from the degree completion program that has impacted your future professional goals/practice? Provide specific examples of something you learned in a required degree completion NIU course(es) and details to support the examples that shaped your goals. Incorporate feedback from classmates in Discussion Boards to support your examples.
3. Describe how you anticipate using this degree to further your personal and professional goals. Consider this question in the context of career and vocation.
